I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't be better, as it is situated very close to the Red Square and the nearest tube station. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, especially Ismail at the front desk who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was excellent. The interior design of the hotel is modern and stylish, making the spaces feel cozy and inviting. I was impressed by the room amenities, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, a dressing area, and a dining table. The free toiletries provided added a nice touch of luxury. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable, allowing me to work without any issues. I also appreciated the soundproofing, as it made for a peaceful and quiet stay.
I highly recommend this place to everyone. The staff could try harder at the reception desk to provide even better service, but it did not detract from the overall positive experience I had at this hotel.

The nearest tube station is also within close proximity, allowing for easy transportation around the city. The rooms are well-designed, with comfortable beds and good-quality pillows and bedding. The bathroom offers a good selection of toiletries and the hotel provides bathrobes and slippers for added comfort. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast served by friendly restaurant staff.
The shower experience was not ideal as there was no way to stop the water from going everywhere in the bathroom.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Fridge and kettle in room with tea and coffee provided. Well-stocked bathroom with toiletries and slippers. Convenient location near attractions. Reception helpful and informed. Room was clean. Exceeded expectations, short walk to Red Square. Skylight, large bed, private bathroom, coffee maker, and fridge in room. English-speaking staff. Small restaurant with personalized breakfast. Nice place downtown, close to Red Square, and metro.
